“The room is equipped with basic facilities but is fairly comfortable. The toilet is a bit small and with only a non-separated shower, but it is overall clean and tidy. The room could be a bit hot during summer days as there is no air con, but the bed is good enough. If there are more chairs in the room, it would be great. ”

“Overall good stay. Check in and our process was simple and streamlined. One feedback is around the tea and coffee in room, which is something needed to be purchased on the 7th floor. It was... against the normal tide... to have these basic amenities not in the room. A simple tray with a kettle, tea bags and insta coffee would set the tone and mood of the experience higher”

“This is an amazing concept for a hotel! When I was looking at accommodation options in Copenhagen months in advance of my trip, it became apparent that there very limited options for reasonably priced, good quality hotels in convenient areas of Copenhagen, and CityHub turned out to be a fantastic option for all of those aspects! I could tell that a lot of thought went into the design of this hotel - things like the outstanding soundproofing in the hubs, big, comfy beds, the beautiful common……

“Excellent stay. Property failed to arrange my transport from airport but taxi was sufficient. They unexpectedly upgraded me for the disruption, very kind. The air flow in the room was not great, but still very comfortable accommodations. A beautiful property, excellent breakfast in the best location. ”
