“A beautiful and secluded resort with great views of the golf greens. The facilities and staff were great. The room service was quick, and the rooms were spacious. The walls/doors seem fairly thin as I could hear noisey children early in the morning. Cockroach on the floor & Hotels.com sucks
"We checked-in late at 9pm on New Year Eve. The staff was nice and friendly, yet he can’t retrieve my room booking details which I have placed order and fully paid in mid November. He explained clearly that Hotels.com booked my room through other agencies so the data was failed to drop into the hotel system. Lucky that we got into the last hotel room, yet nightmare came as this is the first time I met a big cockroach on the floor as I got into a hotel room. This is the most memorable hotel stay that I have in 2023."
