“Great night for my brother and sis inlaw's birthdays.”

“We had a good stay at Premier Inn Durham North overall. When we arrived, there was an issue with our booking payment. We had already paid through Expedia, but at reception we were initially told that the payment had not gone through and that we would need to pay the full amount again. The receptionist was not very friendly at first and said that this was not their problem, which felt quite stressful after a long journey. In the end, he made a phone call and we were given our room, so the issue……

“Kingslodge Inn is a lovely English country inn conveniently located near Durham train station and bus station. The room is spacious and comfortable, and the bar & restaurant offer great good in a cozy environment. Just note that there isn't an elevator; I had to carry my big suitcase one floor up.”

“Nice and helpful staff Overall the facilities are ok but the flushing of the toilet wasn't strong enough Not many options of restaurants around but you can try using deliveroo to get what you wanna eat ”

“Lovely Victorian house, with large rooms and modern amenities. Nice English breakfast and a wonderful authentic Indian restaurant attached to the property.”

“Clean hotel and staff were pleasant enough. Dated in appearance across lots of areas and small details in the room let it down - poor quality hairdryer, pillows were clearly old and misshapen, having to pay for the crisps left out etc. Our main issue was room was unbearably hot, given the recent weather, with no air conditioning so we both had a really uncomfortable night (not) sleeping there. Overall, it felt very expensive for what it was. When we went to get breakfast in the morning and found……
