“We received a very warm welcome upon arrival from the reception staff. They were very helpful and friendly Our room was very nice and clean. The shower over the bath could do with upgrading The grounds are beautiful and although it was very busy with two weddings and and abundance of golfers there was plenty of staff to accommodate the demand. I would definitely recommend and stay again”

Good wide choice on the menu and attentive service. There was a nightwatchman for after hours- what a treasure! He showed me how to access once the pub was closed, helped me empty the bags from the car and carried them to our room all with a friendly, nothing was too much trouble approach. “I am going to celebrate my husband's wedding. The hotel is cosy and unique, it has a nice restaurant where we had dinner and breakfast during our stay, and a small library bar where you can chill with friends. The room is spacious and warm, we love this hotel.”
