“My 1st experience with VRBO so check in /out was a bit confusing but we we managed to get in and cleaning guy was a little early so he said I could leave the keys with him & he would put them in the lock box for us. He was very nice.There were a few stains on the carpet when we got there but otherwise clean & well equipped to move in!We only needed a clean, quiet place to sleep so it was more than adequate for us.Loved the view of yard & forest in the back!”

"Julissa la recepcionista es increíble su servicio es maravilloso tal y como lo hacemos en Latinoamérica, tal y como lo recibe el turista americano cuando viene a Cancún así nos sentimos con ella, NO ASÍ CON ALEJANDRO UN MESERO DEL SPORTS BAR, QUE AL DECIRLE QUE SU NOMBRE ERA ESPAÑOL, TOMÓ UNA ATITUD HORRIBLE, COMO QUE FUERA UNA OFENSA SER LATINO, en fin es una apreciación que sentimos todos en la familia."
