“They didn't send me a confirmation, so I had to dial internationally to confirm my booking. Check-in was chaotic; I arrived early and dropped off my bags. “我入住兩個禮拜，從入住第一天，我就發現房內的洗碗機沒辦法關掉，一直發出機器的聲音，請櫃檯幫忙處理，但完全沒有處理。每天房內打掃也很不乾淨，廁所有異味，吸收台從我入住地衣天就有霉菌，兩個禮拜內沒有一天刷掉。也從來沒有打掃過房間的地板，非常明顯的灰塵和髒污。不符合他的品牌價值與形象，非常失望！”
