“La propiedad esta cómoda. Necesita arreglos, el baño esta deteriorado. La puerta de entrada estaba roto el marco. Y el ventilador del cuarto no pude ponerlo porque esta desprendido del techo y tenia miedo que se desprendiera. La habitación estaba cómoda. Si reparan esa habitación sería una gran estancia porque esta muy bien ubicado.”

“This property is very well located close to all in Almeria center Alcazaba is near. “We booked this apartment because we wanted the option of self catering and a terrace or balcony we could have breakfast on. The advert is cleverly worded and photographed to give the impression there is a usable balcony, with a city view. There isn’t, it’s the bottom of an internal light well complete with washing machine and water dripping from the air conditioning unit of the apartment above leaving a damp drains odour. You would not sit here and have a meal. We also had to give the cutlery,……

It has a nice terrace, you can bring your own wine or beer and keep it cold in the fridge and enjoys the great views. I highly recommend it”
