The staff was decent but honestly the bar host Carlos made it phenomenal. By far the best Bartender I ever had and can make the best drinks. The location is great if your looking to stay close to the sporting events and you are walking distance to some amazing spots. No on site parking which is to be expected but you can park in TD garden parking garage since everything is connected. I would Definitely stay there again.
