“This home has an amazing location! You can walk to the marina, to campsites, to the local store and even to the Horsetooth Tavern. We had morning coffee on the deck that looks over The Marina. It has Dunning views. We can’t wait to come back again!”

“Beautiful home in a great spot. Practically on CSU Campus. Super clean, nice kitchen, nice tile work throughout the house. Great communication from the host. Convenient parking spot behind the house. Nice towels and kitchen utensils and plates too. I wish we had more time to enjoy the home and use it's amenities. ”

“This was a great place to stay! My daughter and her husband live in Ft Collins but don't have a guest room. My 24 year old son was on leave from the Army for a week and we decided to drive up from Texas and see my daughter/his sister. The vrbo was located one block from their rent house and was within easy walking distance to Old Town as well as Martinez Park. And bonus: it has air conditioning! Much needed since the highs were in the low to mid 90s during our stay. I will definitely stay here...

“My wife and I and our two adult sons spent a week at the Loveland Hearthstone to celebrate Christmas. Our daughter and her family live just a couple blocks away.Everything worked out great. The house itself was perfectly clean and well stocked with handy extras like pods for making coffee, tea and hot chocolate, as well as a bowl of Hersheys chocolates. “Nice quiet neighborhood! Lovely home, great patio to sit in evenings. I did have trouble getting into the maroon bed as I am short. Kitchen has everything you might need. Host was very responsive and made our stay stress free! If you’re going to a wedding at the mill this is the perfect place to stay.”

“The property was as advertised, the hosts were able to answer a question I had on the first day as I had issues getting into the property, this issue was my own the and hosts were able to help me understand where I messed up. I stayed here for my graduation and this property was located fairly close to blue arena, as well as many different good food areas. ”
