Villas in Edgewater

"The room was nice but the hotel grounds need a lot of maintenance and upkeep (stairs, decks, outdoor railings, tiki bar leave a lot to be desired). Lots of smoking on the property. Direct access & view of the ocean, Two outdoor pools, indoor pool and hot tub are a bonus. Highlights were front desk staff and daily home made donuts! "

"No coffee pot in room . The offer for free coffee/ tea is only to 11am .Maintenance came in the room while we out( they did call and ask if it was ok) they had to fix the smoke detector, but they left the dirt and ceiling material on the floor below. Also I would like to have had 4 towels in the room . We stayed 4 days they only offer room service if you stay 2 weeks .Walls are thin you can hear people just talking in the next room."

"Everything was great staff, pool was heated, view was awesome. They need to update their website there was no breakfast and they charge for parking, other than that i would stay there again."

"The hotel was clean. I liked it everything about it. The only problem I had was it wasn’t a microwave in the room so we had to go downstairs every time we wanted to use the microwave, but the stay wad OK. The pool was clean. Yes, I will be returning."

"Great location on the beach. Restaurant had excellent food and good service. Other restaurants in walking distance from breakfast to diner. "

"Staff was nice and tried to help. Amenities far below subpar. Had to wait nearly 4 hours past check in time for a room. When given a room, keypad wouldn't work. Housekeeping attemped to help unsuccessfully. Maintenance not on site, woth ETA of "at least 1 hour". "

"Staff was friendly but owner parked their car out front and blocked the check in area every day. Even told staff it was not right to use that space for the owner. "
