We were here for the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and the flat was a short walk to most of the venues. Just around the corner from the flat on Spittal St is the Blue Blazer (a lovely neighbourhood pub for a night cap), and The Source Coffee to get you going in the morning. Check in was easy. I was provided a code to get in a few days before my arrival. Kitchen was well stocked with glasses, plates, cups etc. location was very handy for the usher hall and near an ncp car park. A couple of lightbulbs needed changing and the fridge was off and warm when we arrived.
