Put in room by elevator with no mention, first night barely slept due to the elevator noise, very loud room 701. Hot Tub was also not working and ongoing construction which was also not mentioned when booking. Hotel is in a good location and clean but I will be asking about the room more next time on check in

The room was not clean or comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was okay, although there weren’t many options to choose from. The air conditioning worked well, and I liked that I could adjust it to my preference. Overall, it was a okay.

Many road closures downtown making it difficult to access the hotel if not familiar with the area, although this is no fault of theirs. The pool was under renovation though and the bathrooms were open, but the floors were very dirty from the construction. Hot tub wasnt open, but the pool itself was. Not the cleanest area for a pool but with the construction we brushed it off. Rest of the stay was good, breakfast was amazing with lots of variety

The hotel is under a big renovation. There was construction supplies, ladders, scaffolding amidst 80% of the common areas. It wasn't ideal of course, but fine. The hot tub was inoperable (which was disappointing) and the change rooms/washrooms in pool were closed (which kind of seems like a hygiene issue). The breakfast was great and the rooms themselves were fine.

The property was older and there were renovations going on, however the property/rooms were very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful and they had a nice breakfast. The hotel was close to our concert and we would stay there again.

So on the site it says that check out is at noon, but got a parking ticket at 11:15am. The gentleman that helped the lady with my room was amazing, the lady on the other hand was so concerned about another person stay cause she was an award member. To be quite honest I didn’t really care especially since I called in the night before and had my rooms switched to the day that I booked them which Expedia changed them as I made damn sure I booked the correct day. If the guy that checked us in at 3:15 on September 23rd, 2026, please know that the only reason I am giving it a better review than I want to is because you were amazing. Keep up the good work.

The location was good and the hotel itself was good although we were very disappointed that the pool was being renovated and we could not use it as this was one of the reasons why we booked here. the hotel did offer if we went to the YMCA they would refund us for going. They offered excellent breakfast.
