“Yes its a beautiful resort! Rooms are amazing and housekeeping team is top notch-shout out to Helmy and Mohammad on the 19th floor! Front desk were also helpful and smiley! But the service level anywhere else is not representative of a Rixos level! Staff at the buffet, restaurants , bars are clearly not happy working there and it shows in how they deal with customers. At the buffet i asked to get help finding a place for 4 the answer i got was find it yourself. Several in between employees……

“I used to love that hotel but the service and food quality dropped significantly. The rule for pool usage and allowed swimming suites changed and seemed that people use swimming pools wearing their regular clothes. Instead of fresh squeezes they offer packages juices that taste like plastic. In the whole hotel there was no US outlet adapter, all the room outlets don't work for US electric devices or electronic charges. The quality dropped significantly after management change. I will no longer……

“We had a comfortable stay overall. The location was great- close to the marina with convenient beach access. Our room was a good size and had a spacious balcony. There were three of us staying, the hotel provided an extra bed to accommodate us comfortably. A special thanks to Redwan, who cleaned and prepared our room with great care and attention to detail. “Good place to stay ”

“The sewage was not working in two WCs , two broken chairs, the room service didn’t come regularly, the delivery are not allowed simply to get to the chalet I had to get out to the lobby or call them to allow the delivery boys in. The beach was very good but service and maintenance not that good bad experience”

“Terrible over all experience. It is impossible to get to this place without going thru military security because it is very close to the president palace. The place and the staff are very nice. But unfortunately the room was 20 minutes walk to the beach. We had to wait for golf cart to pick us up everytime we want to go somewhere. Uber driver not able to find the place. And when they find it. They have hard time getting in because the security. It is very unfortunate.”

“İ choosed the more expensive house form both were available on the page, after that i texted the company responsible for renting and they told me this isnt the apartment you choosed. And here started the story, different apartment, promised wifi not available, no ironing machine, no cleaning done daily as promised.... No nothing, just a good location of the apartment and the size .....very old furniture, pictures were done by Aİ, i have the proof.... To be honest i wouldnt risk my brand name……

“We just came back from a 4 day stay at Seven Seasons at the end of May 2024. El Alamein is an hour away from Alexandria, which wasn’t something we hadn’t fully realised until we got there. Also, it was not peak season so many things were not fully operating, like the Aqua Park. The apartment we stayed in was far away from the nearest pool so we needed to be driven there. The apartment, although nicely done up with modern facilities, was a little dusty when we got there and essential amenities……
