This privately-owned, newly furnished, private house has everything you need for a vacation whether "working from home", fishing, wind-sports, mountain-biking, or just relaxing and enjoying ocean views from the rooftop patio. Sleeps up to 5. 1 1/2 bath, fully supplied kitchen with blender for those evening margaritas on the patio. Strong Wi-Fi, a big flat-screen TV, and Netflix access, too! A quick drive or a 2-minute drive (1/2 mile) to the beach, stores, and restaurants. Rooftop shaded patio, and amazing views of the mountains, Cerralvo Island, and the entire bay of La Ventana.
