“I was surprised by the level of trust put into the use of online rental and check-in process. To me it was very unique to find the hotel and realize there was not a front desk person. However the signs indicated on the window showed me the way to find my room and get into the room itself. After several attempts to get in we called the number again and they reset the password and gave us some hints as to opening the door.
