Breakfast was very nice, offering more of a selection than other stays in/around tge Puglia region. The accomodation was very new, with everything you need. The bed was very comfortable, for a great night sleep. The pool was a little cold, but its quite refreshing and nice once your in. “This is a great place to stay with excellent service provided by the staff. The accommodation was clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was consistently well-stocked, and the staff were accommodating to our needs. We dined at the hotel restaurant a few times; however, the dinner offerings were somewhat disappointing compared to the other amenities. Offering a wider variety of dinner options, particularly vegetarian choices, would improve the overall experience.”

“Stunning grounds, fantastic castle and winery tour and wonderful warm and friendly people that are passionate about making your stay perfect. The simera wine tasting with lunch was ridiculously great value. Topped off by a really impressive sunset over the vines, it was like they arranged everything. We went very early in the season so we practically had the Scuderie to ourselves, and there wasn’t a wedding in the castle so it was totally peaceful. Beautiful place that makes beautiful wine!”

“The property is a farm in charming countryside. Upon arrival no one expected us. Gentleman in the office did not speak any English. He made some phone calls to establish that we really supposed to be staying there. We were shown to our rooms. Everything was covered by a layer of dust. There was no electricity. The staff spent next 1.5 fixing electric power. After the power was fixed, it became apparent that the electric heaters in the our two rooms were not functioning. We had no choice, as to……
