"Did not receive the requested adjoining rooms despite booking a couple days in advance and both rooms on the same reservation. Initially given two rooms on different floors for our family with several small children. Eventually given two rooms on the same floor with different types of rooms than we had originally booked. The staff were completely apologetic, even though they could see the request in the system. They initially issued us one key to each room, then gave us a second key to each room, but when they gave the second set of keys, the first set stopped working. The toilet in one of the rooms didn’t initially work. Breakfast was served on the sixth floor, but due to remodeling, we had to take the food down to the fifth floor to eat, which was a struggle with small children, especially since they ran out of trays. Overall one of our worst hotel stays in recent memory. "

She is always friendly and always willing to help. In housekeeping, our favorite is Ralph.He remembers us and always knows how we like the room.And it always smells fresh after he leaves. He always goes out of his way to make our room comfortable. "

"The property is dated, but clean and quite. Julie Ann was so helpful with helping get more pillows. The bathroom door was coming off the hinge, but the bathroom was clean. Easy to check in and efficient. "
