“Bellissima location nel punto panoramico di Spello. Accoglienza perfetta, ci ha ache aiutato a fare le manovre per parcheggiare. Letto comodo ed essendo inverno ci ha assegnato una camera calda e confortevole. Spero di trovare posto qui, la prossima volta che visiterò Spello.”

“We had an amazing time. The pictures don’t entirely do the view justice. It is a bit of a drive up the hill from Spello but the view is worth it and only 5 minutes from town. The house is well equipped and Stefano was incredibly helpful. The pool may be small but it was perfect for cooling off and relaxing in the sun with a cold drink. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.”

Camere grandi e luminose, con il necessario per sentirsi a proprio agio (ventilatore, specchi, grucce negli armadi, cuscini, letti abbastanza comodi ...) Ottimi gli spazi interni comodissimi e spaziosi. Lo spazio esterno vanta una vista meravigliosa e rilassante. Si potrebbe attrezzare forse meglio. La piscina è……

“A lovely little place near a beautiful area of Italy. The town is cute and quiet. The mountains are lovely and this is a great place to stay if you want to visit Frasassi Caves. The owner was friendly and welcoming. As a visitor from the United States, the host was able to speak excellent English which made the check in a breeze. Highly recommend!”

“I can’t put into words how much our family loved this property and the owners. Nadia will forever have a place in my heart. The home was immaculately clean and welcoming and there is something there for everyone and every age. I loved walking the property. Swimming in the pool and enjoying the magical views. Our family enjoyed every minute and Nadia checked in daily with us to make sure we always had what we needed. It is a beautiful short drive into town and there is everything you need……

“Cristiano war ein sehr entspannter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber! Das Haus ist sehr schön und geräumig, perfekt für eine kleine Reise mit mehreren Leuten. Avenale ist ein schöner und ruhiger Ort. Das Internet war nicht besonders schnell, war aber in Ordnung. Zum Einkaufen fährt man gut und gerne 30 Minuten, kann aber auch in dem kleinen Laden nebenan einkaufen. Vielen Dank, Cristiano... Wir haben uns sehr gefreut”

“We had a great holiday in the villa and specifically enjoyed the garden, pool and location on top of a hill. Small grocery in 5 min drive. Although 40 min drive to Ancona / the coast, the location for us was nothing less than fabulous. Visited several wineries in the neighbourhood as well as a olive oil maker. Contact with owner is very prompt and smooth; check-in and check-out effortless.”

“Quando si scrive una recensione é sempre un problema, soprattutto quando il luogo ti é piaciuto tanto, perché poi hai sempre la paura di non trovare più posto ! Cominceró col dire, che il parco che circonda la proprietá é bellissimo e si nota che le piante una ad una vengono amate. La piscina é una meraviglia, ma quello che mi ha stupita di piú é che ogni animaletto, ha un nome come "Peppe" lo scoiattolo.La famiglia che ci ha accolti, ci ha fatto sentire a casa ! “This is a beautiful apartment and property! The views will knock you out and the place feels so beautifully historic with a gorgeous glamorous rustic design. We loved the animals that the owner had and even let them in for a visit. Someone else mentioned to bring slippers because the floor is cold and I didn't remember but do bring slippers. - It is a little bit of a drive to the town of Assisi but WOW! what a beautiful drive..In any case, we couldn't have enjoyed the place more, we hope to……

“The property is conveniently located to the Piazza where you will also find lovely restaurants and shops. The bedroom upstairs is comfy and cozy however I wished one bathroom would be located in bedroom. This is the only nice feature about this apartment, the bedroom! The kitchen is dated and newer pots and pans should be made available. It is very dark in the apartment so your lights have to be on. Unfortunately there seemed to be a lingering unpleasant odour in the laundry/bathroom on the……

“Das Haus liegt ziemlich abseits des Ortes aber mit dem Auto trotzdem gut erreichbar. Es ist ruhig und idyllisch und sehr gemütlich. Der Pool ist eine willkommene Erfrischung und sehr gepflegt. Wir haben uns bei Sonia und Pietro sehr wohl und herzlich willkommen gefühlt. Durch die zentrale Lage haben wir die Marken erkunden können und viel erlebt. Alles in allem ein schöner Urlaub”
