“Staff were very friendly, the breakfast was good, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. We all loved the view of the river from our room.”

“The hotel could use an update ie., bathrooms, rooms, mattresses, and carpets. The property grounds very clean. Reception very friendly and accomodating. Breakfast delicious. Housekeeping hard working. We will stay there again.”

“It's a place to stay. The windows are original and therefore there was a lot of road noise. The beds were hard as rocks. The air worked. Checkin and check-out were fine. They keep track of all meaning no surprise guests on the property and you need to register your car which I think is a little overboard. They could make some simple improvements but most stay there due to the price.”

“Staff was great! Can’t complain there. However for the price I paid I expected more. No toiletries in the bathroom. Not happy at all. The hotel seem to be a shared space with renters. It was weird. The continental breakfast was also not good. Totally disappointed. For a cheaper price I would have been ok but for what I paid i expected more.”

“Hotel rooms are in need of a remodel. Flooring and fixtures are original from the 50’s. Exterior of property could use a painting and cutting the grass/weeds would be appropriate. Price is fair given the accommodations. Front was very polite.”

“We stayed here for my daughter’s graduation at SUNY Oswego. The place was more than I expected. They allowed pets - which was important as my dad had no one to watch his pup. They had a large enough space if we had a large group to eat both inside and out. A beautiful porch. The grounds were so serene. It had a Yoga deck!!!! Definitely used the hot tub! And the host was so easy to reach both before booking and during the stay. 10/10 recommend. The only downside is we didn’t spend as much time……

“We spent two nights at The Belvedere Inn in Oswego. We were in town for college orientation for my son. We dropped him off at Owego and stayed at the inn. Our stay was wonderful. Breakfast was amazing. The home is fully restored and has beautiful furniture throughout. We will definitely stay again.”

“Owner was very helpful with allowing us to check in early to receive our keys as we would be late getting to hotel after the races. Will be staying there again next year!!”

“There were some issues regarding the code entry and heat. However, to his credit, the host took care of both problems immediately. We enjoyed our stay otherwise.”
