This motel is clean, quiet and comfortable. The property is a safe place, and the staff/owners are great. Good place to stay while visiting or working in the Oswego area.

I feel like they have stayed at hotels and included what they would have liked at their hotel- a bigger size mini fridge, a fan, paper towels; things you wouldn't have normally at a hotel but wish you did have. Only thing they were missing were tissues. And maybe a mini keureg instead of coffee pot

A clean, comfortable, vintage motel. The room was immaculate and the bed was comfortable. Really appreciate the motel's policies as we had no allergic reactions to anything. The location worked great for our travel plans. Also, highly recommend Dahls Diner (just down the road) for breakfast.

Quiet little place just outside of the downtown Owego. Fairly certain the speedway isn’t able to be heard from there. The rooms are a little bit dated, but everything was clean and nice.

Overnight stay after Renaissance Fair visit.

There are reports of the motel being “dated,” but I felt it was more vintage.😊 We had a pleasant check in with friendly and attentive motel management, our room had been pre-cooled (MUCH appreciated in the current heat wave), had a full, apartment size refrigerator and freezer, and microwave. The rates were very reasonable, and we would definitely stay again.

Clean vintage independent motel

Spotless older motel located just east of Oswego on NY Route 104. Caters to visitors in the area for its fishing. Located on an intersection of a state and a county highway. Reasonably quiet until morning traffic builds on Route 104 or, in my case, when another guest departed for fishing at an early hour. Bed was comfortable and wifi was very good. My room had a full-sized fridge which was a plus. Furniture was vintage but everything was clean and in good repair. There was some confusion at check-in regarding prepayment; I was also assessed a small surcharge for using a credit card, adding about $4 to the Hotels.com reservation price I'd agreed to pay.

One Night Getaway

We attended a racing event at Oswego Speedway on a Saturday night and stayed one night. This is an older property that has been very well maintained and updated over the years. We've stayed at several other hotels/motels in the area over the past 30 years and this one ranks well among them. This one is especially nice for Oswego Speedway fans that come in from the east side...its just 5 minutes from the track (between Scriba and New Haven). Our room had a comfy, clean queen-size bed, with a mini-fridge and microwave. Wi-Fi worked well. We didn't use the wall-mounted flat-screen TV. The bathroom had a new sink and toilet in it, with an older tiled shower (no tub) that was clean and well maintained. The property was very quiet during the evening (sleeping) hours. Debbee, the motel manager, greeted us on arrival and was friendly and efficient. We were a little early for check-in, but that was no problem. Prices have understandably gone up since the pandemic and were competitive with other accommodations in the area. We would definitely return here.

We have stayed at The Evergreen Motel on several occasions in the last few years. At each visit we found the office staff to be very efficient, friendly and informative. The rooms have been well furnished, very clean and homey. The rooms we have stayed in have had an actually refrigerator rather than the tiny ones seen in most motels. We make it a point to try and book a room at this motel whenever we are going to be in the Oswego area. Price is very competitive! BOOK IT!!
