The house is in a quiet neighborhood up in the hills with beautiful views. Open floor plan and not crowded inside with unnecessary furniture. Pet-friendly but leashes are a good idea for small dogs. The Host was easy to communicate with. The kitchen is huge & has a great coffee bar with 2 cool machines!

We are a group of 50 women who some have known since kindergarten. We try to meet twice a year and this was our first sleepover together. We had an amazing time in your home. It had the perfect ambiance to hang out, reminisce, and relax. Thank you for welcoming us in your home. We are hoping to make this our annual weekend getaway.

An amazing, welcoming home! Perfect for a medium-sized group (4 couples). Views are wonderful and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. We would absolutely stay again!

Beautiful property

We were in town as a family to honor my father, Marine veteran, at Miramar National Cemetery. This is a beautiful home, well appointed and handled are adult children. Would definitely recommend.

Fallbrook visit

We loved staying here. The house was exactly as described. We were able to enjoy the jacuzzi. The host was very responsive when there was an issue with the running water. He even gave us a bottle of wine from the Monserate winery. Very happy with our stay here!

This is one of the best VRBO properties I have ever rented. Each guest had their own space. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need! The grounds and views were beyond beautiful. We use the swim pool and the sauna and walked around the neighborhood every day. It does have a very steep driveway but we got used to it! We were in town for a wedding at Monserrat winery and it was the perfect situation for us. Would definitely rent again.
