“We liked the location and the historic nature of the hotel, but very basic accommodations, our shower was luke warm to cold at best, but the staff was very helpful and tried to make things right at the end of our stay.”

“During our 7 night stay, we had to change rooms 2 times. Our first room flooded during an overnight rainfall. Our second room had lots of mildew on the ceiling over the bed. Our third did not have any problems. The hotel staff was very accommodating throughout our stay. Our housekeeper, Martha, was wonderful!”

“When I first got there, I was checked in by the rudest front desk clerk who is terrible had an absolutely terrible attitude didn’t offer me bottled water. Nothing truly just a piss poor attitude and then I got to the room and the room was absolutely dirty again dirty handprints all over the bathroom. The front door to the room was so dirty. There was literally dirt dripping down the back of the door in the room. Very very disappointing. Stay.”

“Was the worst experience for us first thing they gave us a room the was not clean smelling bad. They didn't clean, I said in the from desk., they changed us to other was same dirty, and had bugs in the bed. We can sleep for the itching. We paid for two nights, but we can't stay one more week left and we called for refund for one night. I still waiting for my refund.”

“My family and I recently stayed at this hotel property for two nights while on a road trip. We checked in on a Thursday night and checked out on Saturday morning. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The front desk staff were helpful upon check-in and were generous in giving us extra towels. The breakfast was a hot breakfast and consisted of eggs (scrambled/fried/omelette), sausages, and biscuits and gravy. There was plenty of parking on the property. The only minuses were that the sleeper……

“We absolutely loved the hotel's warm breakfast buffet, as well as the convenience of having coffee, tea, and hot water available throughout the day. Our room was spacious, and very comfortable, with cozy mattresses and a well-stocked bathroom. We had hoped to enjoy the swimming pool during our stay, but it was temporarily closed for maintenance. If you don't mind a 30-minute drive to shopping centers and retail stores, we highly recommend this hotel. Located in the peaceful town of Leavenworth,……

“My room was at perfect temperature when i arrived (requested). Room was immaculate, bedding firm and extremely clean, shower was very clean & well stocked with linen. The view of the baseball fields was an added bonus that I knew nothing about. Overall I was extremely pleased with the last minute accommodations here at Holiday Inn Parkville, MO.”
