Very friendly staff. First room we were put in had clumps of matting in the comforter. Next we went to the shower which was covered in black dirt and wouldn’t drain. Room was changed but not what you want when you just land

We checked in and then the front desk guy chased us down to make us come back and pay a $75 fee for our dog. No where on the listing did it mention a pet fee. We would have chosen a different hotel. When I asked the front desk lady in the morning she was extremely condescending and told me that it did list the fee. I asked her to show me. She could not find it. She then told me that we signed the pet policy form when we checked in. We did not even know there was a form until the night front desk chased us down to come back and fill it out and pay the pet fee. Just disappointed and will never stay at a Sheraton hotel again.
