“Very clean room and property and staff was very friendly. Breakfast was not bad. I'm just never crazy about breakfasts at the hotels.”

“Everything was amazing “EXCEPT” for “1” major problem and 2 other problems. This really really pissed me off because I missed out on half or more of my sleep. Those stupid glass panels on the desk area rattle every time someone would walk on our floor or the floor above us. Finally I got up and packed wet Kleenex between the glass to stop it from rattling. The other things are too many light bulbs are burned out in both of the rooms I had. In the other room besides all the bulbs around the……

“After a delayed flight, I called for airport transfer (which was advertised) and they said it stopped at 11pm. After Ubering, when I arrived, no one was in the lobby. When he did come out there was no apology for making me wait and no apology when I told him of the transportation issue. I just wanted a little bit of polite acknowledgement. A refund of my Uber cost would have been nice.”

“Needs updated. Keys didn’t work Multiple times, bathroom was “clean” but had peeling walls with black stuff (mold?) Kind of gross. Would not go back unless the only optional was a tent.”

“There was trash in the elevators and hallways and outside by the smoking section. The room never cooked down and was very hot. The walls are super thin. ”
