“This could have been a nice stay but there was a large group partying that made it miserable. Front desk person appeared out of it. A separate group had screaming kids running up and down the halls. No coffee maker in room. Room is very basic. Probably our last time.”

“After a delayed flight, I called for airport transfer (which was advertised) and they said it stopped at 11pm. After Ubering, when I arrived, no one was in the lobby. When he did come out there was no apology for making me wait and no apology when I told him of the transportation issue. I just wanted a little bit of polite acknowledgement. A refund of my Uber cost would have been nice.”

“Front desk agents were great. Buffet staff nice and helpful also. Buffet itself was ok, would've loves some bacon as that is normally as common breakfast item. Pool was closed for maintenance, but we were sent down the road to Embassy for pool. Parking was easy and convenient. Suite was very spacious and comfortable.”

“Parking is poor. The parking lot was full with little room for maneuvering and the other end was blocked so you had to back all the way out. My daughter ended up leaving her car at the Expo Center where we were attending an event and walking over to the hotel. I think they do some long term parking for people leaving their cars on vacation but it really isn't big enough of a lot to accommodate both. The room seemed clean but after showering in the morning, my daughter's feet were filthy……

“Room was fair, staff member polite, NO BREAKFAST, yogurt, coffee, instant oatmeal. SUCKS. blow dryer didnt work and no body wash in the shower dispenser. NO STAFF AVAILABLE AT ALL ON SUNDAY”
