“I stayed only one night before my flight and had an late check-in so the owner gave me all the info via whats app to check-in by myself. The rooms are cozy, clean and functional, the kitchen is big and there's everything you need, the bathroom is clean too. There are restaurants around the hostel. Very nice place!”

“L'emplacement est top mais à part ca... Chambre double minimaliste juste la place pour un lit, pas un seul rangement.. et auberge extrêmement bruyante !!! Chambre au rdc, comme l'impression d'être dans la rue, impossible de dormir avant 4h car quartier très animé... insonorisation en dessous de 0 !!!”

La cuisine est hyper spacieuse, parfaitement outillée : on ne peut pas mieux faire... le seul bémol : pas de wifi dans les chambres, il faut aller dans la cuisine ou le bureau, mais c'est tellement agréable... grande cour avec grande Table pour des festins en commun...”

“Excellent apartment with plenty of room. Modern. Big bathroom. Nice little semi private outdoor patio. Very nice common areas in 2 places; ground floor and 2nd level. Free washer and dryer. Claudia was a fantastic host. Well stocked kitchen ( just neexed a fish drainer and some kitchen towels ). When we return to the Algarve, we will stay at Cardeal for our base! Cannot say enough good things about Cardeal.”

“We hebben een hele fijne meivakantie gehad in deze villa. Het huis was schoon en netjes. Het verwarmde zwembad was fantastisch en ook de omgeving was prachtig. Een minpuntje vonden wij het handdoeken en lakenpakket a 35 euro pp. De handdoeken waren nogal versleten en wel aan vernieuwing toe. Verder een fijne plek en op al onze vragen kregen wij snel antwoord van Marco Rosado. Wij komen graag nog eens weer! Fam. Haasdijk- de Vries”

“We enjoyed our beach Christmas. We loved walking over to the 2 cafes. Plenty of blankets to snuggle in at night. Plenty of dining options even in the off season. Easy to get to by Uber or ferry, there is also a bus but the construction on the bridge means the stop is far away. For Uber, make sure you look at google maps so you can get from the street to the house easily. Once you’ve done it it’s easy but the first time in the dark can be fun! There is a local airport however there only……
