"The host was terrible. The property is listed as beach front ocean view. It was nothing of that short. The host did not communicate in a timely manner. The grill was disgusting when we got there — unusable. He charged extra money even tho we did not damage any furniture. The front door does not work. Have to use side door that is not convenient. Rooms are terribly small. Our linens arrived late. Stay away. "

"We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, modern, spacious, in a perfect location 2 minute walk to the beach, next to Royal Farms and across from Matt’s Fish Camp! Frank was very responsive, kind, and he truly cared for us to have the best stay at his vacation home. The heated pool especially so early in the season was the cherry on top! Thank you and we look forward to returning next year!"

"The cleanliness of this house was terrible. My young children found pills under 2 of the beds which is just dangerous. The house was very dusty like it had not been actually cleaned at all recently. There were dirty towels in two of the bathrooms. We moved the couch slightly to be able to use the recliner, and there was like a pile of sand underneath. The house also needs some serious updating. There was a broken chair out on the upper deck. Most of the outlets were too loose to hold any plugs...
