“There was no one at this hotel. Not one car, not even staff! I called the number on the counter and was told the jet was in the drawer behind the desk. The plastic key didn’t work but there was a master key so when my room was cold , it was -2 outside and the heater didn’t work I searched for a warm room to sleep in after 5 rooms I found one. The bed and sheets were clean and I slept fine but wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone. I am surprised that this is listed on Expedia!”

“Well, I got there and no one was anywhere to be found. It was a blizzard outside and I had already booked and paid for the room. i used the couch in the front lounge for some nap time because it was already 3am. Called the phone repeatedly, and walked around the entire hotel for a good 30 minutes. Just wanted to sleep. Finally a maintenance man walked out and found me and he still couldn't find the attendant. Finally got into my room an hour and a half after I arrived. Room was fine, but……
