"Little Sparrow was just right for us. We were in town for our son's track meet at UNCA. The campus was only 8 minutes away, and the house was wonderful. I agree with the comments of another reviewer who said it was even nicer in person. The house was immaculate and spacious. No complaints other than the one day of rain we had. I will say that this property is fairly remote. Hendersonville is a good 30-35 minute drive and Saluda is about 20 minutes so anytime you want to dine out, it's a bit of a long trip, especially when you are driving dark, windy mountain roads.
