We stayed 2 nights at the Palazzo Ruspoli and had a wonderful experience. The location is phenomenal, we could see the front facade of the duomo from our hotel room window! While it has just recently opened, the staff were very accommodating, kind, and helpful with anything we needed. The attention to detail in the rooms is incredible, marble casing on the doors, very quiet, stunning hardwood floors, high ceilings, and comfortable bed. While there isn't a restaurant or lounge area yet, the pastries provided for breakfast from Gilli cafe were delicious and the in-room coffee maker was great. The gentlemen tending the front door were always so welcoming and happy to assist with any questions we had about exploring Florence. Would absolutely stay here again!
