"We liked this hotel a lot. Its proximity to Disneyland was great (about 12 min walk). Check in was easy and the staff was friendly. We enjoyed the pool area. The hotel definitely needs some upgrades…like the carpet in the hallways and the scuffed furniture. One night, there was NO hot water in our shower. All in all, it was a good stay. We would return if the price stays reasonable. Thank you! "

"Highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are spacious and the hotel is in a good location within walking distance to several restaurants and to Disneyland. I've stayed at numerous hotels in this area in the past and this by far is my favorite. Will be back again "

"We were in the North Tower and overall had a pleasant, but not flawless stay. We had a 2 Queen and the beds were pretty hard and we had a slow drain in our shower. The bathtub level was also a bit higher than the actual floor level, so be careful getting in and out. The Amenities were great and I would stay there again, but in an upgraded room. "

"I was sent a text asking if everything was to our expectation. I said, yes, however the ice machine is not working. They said they would contact staff to provide us ice. Never heard from anyone. The lamp in the room did not work and the furniture was very worn. But the worst experience had to have been in the hotel restaurant. The live music was SO LOUD we could not hear ourselves talk. We could not even enjoy our meal. Others guests were complaining too. But the food was excellent! "

"staff was excellent did not check out buffet because my granddaughters eat very little and are vegetarian literally they would eat one pancake that’s it so it wasn’t worth us paying $15 for that however, the property needs a major updating. The pool area area was pretty nasty as far as the flooring the women’s bathroom light was not coming on the rooms were very small and I will never except a double bed again! there was no Refrigerator the ice machine was broken on the 4th floor, but I must say the staff at the front desk were very nice check-in went smoothly, and the bar area was very nice as well. Just the room rooms. Very small small. The toilet paper roll had an issue with it coming off and the tub was clogged. Water wasn’t draining properly."

"Clean room, but when I took my shoes off, my socks got soaking wet. Apparently they needed to clean the carpet but it washed dry when we checked in. The thermostat would not turn on, the air conditioning was running just enough to make it uncomfortable to sleep because it was to dry and chilly. The bathtub/shower faucet was very difficult to turn off. Also tub floor is very slippery I actually fell getting out. Thought I'd broken my leg thank God I didn't, but made it difficult to do 4 walking days at the parks. Amazing shuttle service! To be fair I didn't complain about the bad issues, mostly because we were gone from 7am to 1am. Despite the issues we would definitely stay there again!"
