"This hotel was very nice! It is a convenient walk (for older kids/adults) to the parks. It felt clean and welcoming. The pool area was great as well. It had a nice little market with essentials. I do wish there were more breakfast options in there. My only "complaint" was that upon booking the hotel, apparently there is an option to request housekeeping daily or only upon request. The option pre-selected is "only upon request." So, if you plan to get new towels each day, make sure you update your preference. "

"This place is conveniently located to shopping and restaurants. We had a bad experience because the room we stayed in had a bed that was deeply sunken in the middle. Made for a horrible nights sleep. It’s just odd to us that housekeeping staff wouldn’t report this. The mattress needs to be replaced in the room we stayed in. Other than that, it was nice."

"Hotel was just okay, I wouldn’t stay there again. You get what you pay for I guess. The room wasn’t very clean, the bed felt droopy like a million people had slept in it. The lobby is tired and there’s a sad little convenience store type place that sells $6 coffee. The shuttles were good and reliable. We did not attempt walking as it seemed way too far to walk. A staff member also told me not to walk at night because the area isn’t always safe."
