“Was to have a king size bed but told they didn't have any. They did give us a $50 coupon for the restaurant. TV didn't work. Took 2 men to get it working. Took 1 hour ”

“Room was clean. Bed was comfy. Needed better lighting. Staff was great. Breakfast had a good variety. Only complaints was the typical price gouging because of local event and having to pay extra for parking.”

“It was not walking distance to venue as stated. Kinda sketchy side of town, but people were great and room was nice and clean. Breakfast bar was really lacking. ”

“Enjoyed the Casino, but the players card would work in some slot machines but not others. The folks at the service desk laughed when I complained. They said that was a common problem. Their solution was to give me four cards (all at once) and told me to try using them all until one worked. Some times none of them would work on a machine I wanted to play, and I would move on to other machines until one did. Really frustrating. move on other machines until one worked. The hotel was OK except for……

“Room was exactly as described, Staff were nice and breakfast was descent. Would stay again.”

“The facilities were nice but they messed up our billing. We got charged twice and they canceled an additional day of our stay by text. While the day shift manager did fix the issue it still bothers me that they can cancel a reservation by text.”

“The staff were amazing! They went above and beyond in making my stay special. The staff helped my daughter from Maryland plan my stay for a birthday gift. He even upgraded the room and arranged for me to check in three hours early. When I arrived in my room there was a candy bar on the bed along with a birthday card. On top of that the manager went and bought me balloons for my birthday! This place has just gained my entire family as customers.”

“Clean and bright hotel in the commercial area which makes eating very easy,we stayed with our 4yr old boy,we could even drove 3mins to once upon a child to buy him toys after dinner time!definitely recommend!”
