“A great facility. Clean and rooms are spacious. Parking is very easy. The staff was always available and helpful. We will be back.”

“The service was extremely poor. In the morning, my room door was opened for no reason, and when they saw that I was inside, they immediately closed it again without giving any explanation or apology. Later, I reported this incident to the front desk, but the staff seemed indifferent and simply said it might have been housekeeping. However, this is a serious safety issue — why would someone open a guest’s door without knocking first?”

“Secure parking.Room clean although the bathroom had a funky smell which I'm assuming it's why the window was open which was fine. It's located next to a highway and if you're a light sleeper this may be an issue. Fortunately for us we were so tired this place was clean, beds comfy and the staff super awesome.”

“I had a late check in, they left keys for me, the service is good. I love the atmosphere of the surrounding. The trees and the lake are beautiful. The room is comfortable and nice. ”

“After Google Maps totally messed up the directions, the check in went so smoothly. Then the security guard greeted me kindly and gave me some good advice -- so friendly. The room was excellent, very clean and the lighted mirror really helped. The towels were excellent, very plush. Then came the best surprise of all -- the breakfast. I thought nice breakfasts were a thing of the past, but this was one of the best I've ever experienced, so much variety and all of it so tasty. I just can't……
