“I travel extensively and have stayed at this hotel before. I have never given a negative review. But I must be honest…this place was terrible. The lobby and hallway had virtually no air-conditioning on a hot day. The room was at least 85° and the air conditioner would not bring it down to even close to 70. Spoke to the on duty manager, who offered me another room. I went and checked it, and the air conditioning was exactly the same. I’m not sure if they have them set so they won’t get cold to……
