OUTDOOR SPACE:
- Large, private swimming pool and outdoor patio with loungers.

-The patio has a stainless steel BBQ grill that uses propane and an outdoor dining area
(Propane tanks are available upon request for a $40 charge)

- Oversized leather couches with large smart TVs.

KITCHEN: Fully stocked kitchen has all top of the line appliances and features. Coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, blender, cookware, glassware, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, freezer, and microwave.

BEDROOMS: (3)
Casa Del Sol offers 3 large bedrooms all have Smart TV's.
- Pac and Play and highchair on site.
- Queen sized sofa sleeper
- Premium Air mattress available for a $25 delivery fee.

BATHROOMS: (2)
Bathrooms are provided with a starter set of toiletries (TP, handwashing soap) and plush towels. A hairdryer is also available.

INTERNET: Highspeed and wireless throughout.

GUEST ACCESS:
- This fully fenced property is yours for your private enjoyment.
- The personalized self-check-in instructions will be sent three days before arrival.

CLEANING:
- All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety.
- Starter Dishwasher pods are provided
- Washer and dryer with a starter set of laundry pods provided.

LOGISTICS:
- Check-in: 4:00 PM.
- Check-out: 11:00 AM.
- An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing.

TV's: All four (4) of our TV's are Smart with access to log into your favorite streaming channels.

MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE:
- Weekly Landscaping service usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays in the morning.
- Weekly Pool cleaning service usually on Mondays and Thursdays in the morning.

POOL: Pool is heated for a $15 per day service fee. Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The property owner is not liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. No diving is permitted. No glass is permitted in or near the pool, the kitchen is supplied with plastic cups.

GARBAGE: The city of Dania Beach removes garbage every Monday and Thursday morning. We provide three garbage bins on the side of the house. We ask that you please put out any used garbage bins in the front of the driveway Sunday night and Wednesday night prior to collection. If you could please bring the bins back by the side of the house we would appreciate it.

PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. This is our most important rule that can result in the termination of your reservation along with additional fees. If you have any questions regarding entertaining on the property please contact us.

PARKING: The driveway is located in front of the property and accommodates two (2) cars. Please refrain from parking on the street or on the lawn.

PETS: Pets are permitted upon request, please note, there is a $120 pet sanitation fee per pet for the duration of your stay.


PERSONAL BELONGINGS: ValGal isn’t responsible for any package delivery or personal belongings left at the property after check out.

Perfect for family of 9

This home was perfect for our extended family of 9. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Pool was the icing on the cake. This home has a tv in each bedroom and one in each living area. Perfect! Mosquitos and no-see-ums were a problem…bits that’s Florida and not specifically this property.

First Florida Trip

Property was spotlessly clean. Beds were comfy and kitchen adequately stocked to cook meals. Property is much larger than the outside looks. Very nice sized rooms. We enjoyed seeing the geckos and lizards in the yard. The pool was awesome.

Great Home

We really enjoyed the location. Very close access to Dania and Hollywood beaches, grocery shopping, and restaurants. Neighborhood was very quiet and great for walking. A marina was close by to walk to and look at some very nice yachts! Plenty of room for our kids and grandkids. The back yard was beautiful! Plan to book for next year.

Great house

Lovely house. Great location, just a short drive to everything. Lots of room, big backyard with everything you need. Pool is very nice. Large TVs in all rooms. Would stay here again. Thank you!

Very pleasant

The property is very accurately described. We really enjoyed the pool, but the beach was only 5 minutes away for those that enjoy that. The property has everything you need to have a nice relaxing time with plenty of room for everyone to have their individual space.

The perfect vacation spot for our family

We were excited to stay in this beautifully describe house with our two kids and dogs for the holidays upon arriving we found a spotless house, beautiful yard and ample supplies, including a well-stocked kitchen. The house was quiet, clean, and checked every box on our wish list. In a quiet, residential neighborhood, with a great backyard and pool, this wound up being the perfect house for our two weeks away. The location is right between the beaches of Hollywood and Fort Lauderdale, and provided numerous opportunities for both activities and dining with our children.

Disappointed. Location was great. House was not very clean. Floors were so dirty that my grandkids had black knees and feet. Facial hair was left in the the sink in one of the bathrooms. Poop all around the pool (apparently this is common, but being from Michigan, we had no idea).

Family Visit

The property is well located and very close to the Ft Lauderdale Airport which is what we needed in a property since we had an early morning flight out. The home was comfortable for our group of 5 adults. The pool was not needed by our group but would be very nice if you are traveling with children. There are only a few constructive suggestions I would make to the property owner. One would be to have small soap and shampoo starters available in the bathrooms. There was none provided and while not a huge issue, it would have been nice since we did not travel with any. The other is to have TV instructions near all the TV's and be sure all the remotes are working properly with batteries. One ceiling fan did not work in the main area, The cable service provided is basic cable without any live network coverage. Be prepared to stream from your mobile device through Roku if you want to catch a ballgame or any other desired programming. Other than those two small issues, the property was clean, comfortable and met our needs nicely,

Weekend getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Check in was easy. The place was clean, except the floors had a sticky film on them and I had to remop with a towel and water. The cleaners must have used to much product. The rooms were well appointed and there was plenty of towels for the bath and pool. Master bath had great shower pressure but the guest bath did not, that should be looked into. It would be nice if there were more dishtowels, they only had one. Kitchen sink is quirky and tends to drip if you don't shut it off just right, but kitchen was well appointed and a nice size. Kitchen table was great for all to gather and eat. The appliances were great except for the dishwasher that the hinges seem to be broken on. A recycling can is needed in the kitchen. This would help with keeping the trash down. The outside trash was full and the recycling was empty. We made our own recycling bin inside with a box. The beds were comfy, but be careful of the bed frames they stick out and you hit your shins on them. Our biggest issue was the front foor. Our dog was able to unlock it and it easily pops open. Our dog got out, but luckily, we retrieved him quickly with out incident. After that we put a chair in front of the door. Keep in mind toddlers could easily go out the front door. The living room was nicely appointed for all of us to gather and watch tv. The pool was very nice. But 3 lounges were broken so only one lounge. I recommend bringing pool floats. The dog loved the yard it was clean and secure. The location is great. Close to beach and airport. We loved watching the planes fly while chilling at the pool.
