The bedding in one of the rooms was indescribable and the blankets were used due to the chilly weather had to be washed in order to be used. There were no batteries in the remotes for the home entertainment and fans they had to be delivered by the management company. It appeared that the management company never evaluated the home prior to our arrival. The management company did respond to our needs when directed toward them. Based on……

“The apts need to be renovated. Cupboard doors are missing in units, smell of sewage as the traps and lines need flushed, bathroom spouts are corroded with line and won’t correctly operate. The units are clean but in disrepair.”
