“Super updated and clean. Exceeded expectations”

“Only a short visit for a family emergency which means we were only there to sleep; however, the staff was extremely friendly, welcoming an accommodating. Property was well maintained although one of the rooms rented did have stains on bedding and towels but staff immediately stripped beds and provided new linen and towels. I normally stay at Marriott or Hilton brand hotels, so I did not have high expectations for this one but was pleasantly surprised at the attentiveness of staff and the modest……

“I wasn’t there long enough there to get breakfast. I was a bit disappointed because their pool, although indoors, is in a very dank looking room. The door to my room stuck. The desk clerk was very friendly and opened it for me right away. It’s probably damaged by humidity, but it was not as well kept up as I’ve seen other BWs. The room itself was clean and nice, but I was also disappointed. There were no real blankets available. The bed coverings were very lightweight, suitable for a very warm……

“Mattress felt like a cheap IKEA mattress. Shower looked like it was from star wars. Receptionist acted like I was stupid because I was trying to get the TV guide to come up by pushing the button that said guide. She said you have to push 1. Well, how about letting the rest of us know. Was far from impressed. Will not stay there again.”

“I was unable to check in due to an issue with my reservation. The room was listed online at one rate, but when I arrived at the property, I was informed that a significantly higher rate would be required. The staff was unable to offer a satisfactory solution or assistance regarding the discrepancy. It also took a considerable amount of time to reach someone for help after arriving at the property. Overall, the experience was frustrating, and I was disappointed with the level of customer service……

“still breakfast, even no packed oatmeal or pastries?! BUT same price!!! Even no decaf coffee after checking with front desk; as customer, trying our best to understand, but seems Covid became such an convenience to hotels and lots of inconvenience to us! I request a partial refund for expensive these two rooms which will be very reasonable ”
