Even no decaf coffee after checking with front desk; as customer, trying our best to understand, but seems Covid became such an convenience to hotels and lots of inconvenience to us! “We needed a hotel on our way to Florida. We stayed there 6 hours to sleep; place was clean and beds were comfortable. Luckily we had to be up at 6am to get on the rod because our neighbors were blasting music at 6am. Not a place I would stay for more than a night but perfect for a quick night on the road. Definitely worth the money. ”

“Room reserved was (2) Queen Bed - Room Received was (1) King Bed. Language barrier, rare, at Check-In. After back n forth: had to come back in two+ hours to actually 'check in' thru computer which was 'uploading' or otherwise not ready at actual check-in. TV: couldn't get any reception - decided NOT to re-visit language issues or whatever else. Pillows not comfy. Stains on bedspread. Insect (uknowhat) in bathroom. Just One, but... Hard to regulate temp in Room - window Unit, too much at 69deg to……

“The pfroperty was not great only one wall sconce had a bulb for light, the 4inch mattress was ddirectly on top of metalframe for a playform bed. abut very clean. We paid aan extra $25,00 fdor each dog and unfortunately one got sick We cleaned all areas of the room affected and gave them another $50.00 for the housekeepping staff as we had to use the hand towels tocleanspots on the fug. Staff VERY helpful amd friendly. Tv wasset at one volume only. aathis choice was for our evacuation needs……
