Beautifully appointed space

We had an absolute blast with our entires family. There was ample space for everyone and the ease of getting to the beach is unparalleled. We had everything we needed and even some things we didn’t know we’d need. We have already booked again for next year!

Perfect location between beach and pool!

Stayed with a family of 6 and 1 baby. Great set up with a short walk to the pool and beach - the access right from the porch is key!!

Can’t wait to return!

We will definitely be back! The layout of the condo was perfect for three friends on a girls’ trip (and it would be perfect for three couples, too). Proximity to the beach walk was amazing. Owner is attentive and responsive. This was our second stay with this particular owner (different unit first time), and I’ve not been disappointed.

Best Spot on the beach!!

We had a wonderful time at Mainsail 116. The condo is beautiful and literally right on the beach, or you can take the elevator if you have a Wagon full like we did. Andree’ is the best! She kept us informed all through the year, (I recommend booking as early as possible) and she never missed a email, message or text. She leaves you wanting for nothing, she has thought of every detail. If you don’t go, you are missing out!!

Perfect Getaway!

We had the best time making new memories with old friends! The owner of the condo was absolutely amazing! She made everything so easy and made sure we had everything we needed. Always made sure that we knew she was available at all times! The condo was fabulous for us! We could walk right down the steps from our balcony (1st floor), down the boardwalk deal to the beach. I LOVED that part! Our feet stayed clean after leaving the beach! It couldn’t have been a better stay!

Great place, comfortable, good location

The apartment is one floor above ground level (elevator if needed), with 3 bedrooms (king and 2 queens) plus a murphy bed in the living room and it is very well equipped for short or long stays. Little things matter and there is rarely a place like this that has new looking non-stick pans, most are all scratched up. There is a great beach view from the balcony but it could be a bit tight for sitting space if there was enough guests to use all the beds although most guests would probably be at the beach or pool so that might not matter. For 2-4 people it is OK. The location is great, right across the street from a shopping complex with a grocery store, some fast food joints and restaurants all in walking distance. In hot weather a lot of people would appreciate the ice maker but some might find it noisy. The only "compliant" would be that the patio door cannot be locked from the outside. Andree is a very attentive property manager, she should probably run classes in how to do it properly, and the info package was top notch. Both her and this property are highly recommended.

Newly renovated, great amenities, nicely decorated

We had a wonderful time at this newly renovated condo right on the beachfront. It was a very short walk to the beach, pool, and hot tub. The property has all kinds of great amenities including tennis/shuffleboard, basketball, kiddie pool, and even a heated pool near the front of the property. The condo is in a great location directly across from an outlet mall, grocery store, pharmacy, and restaurants within walking distance - immediately outside of the condo property. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of room for 8 people (6 adults + 2 kids). The Murphy bed was a plus for the kids, which was much nicer for them than sleeping on the couch. The owner was extra friendly, courteous, and easily reachable throughout our stay. We will be visiting again and will definitely recommend this property to friends and family.

Great week stay!

What an amazing trip! First, I’d just like to highlight the communication and organization that made this trip an absolute breeze. Andree’ has everything laid out and ready to go. She replies to all emails, texts, and calls promptly. I applaud the time and dedication she puts into running her rentals because I was completely blown away. We got to meet Andree’ and her husband while staying at the condo. They were both so helpful and welcoming to get us settled in. We loved the condo we stayed in, it was a great location and our children had an absolute blast on the beach and at the pool. It was a wonderful vacation overall with lots of memories made. We felt like our 6 days flew by and were incredibly sad to go. We can’t wait to start planning our next trip to Florida! Perfect Beach Vacay

This condo is so great, we chose for location and ease of access to the beach. We had 1 & 3 yo plus our older parent and didn't want the long hallway walk, wait for the elevator ect every time we wanted to get out-here just open the patio door and walk down the stairs to the boardwalk. The manager was great! Always available by phone for questions. She helped me with arranged crib rental drop off and return (there is a pack play and highchair in the unit), sent periodic messages about the trip/payments ect, and was able to help coordinate check in with two others in our group. The condo is well stocked. There were tons of beach items in the condo- maybe too much? Could be organized a little better or have some shelving installed in the closet, we opened the door and everything kinda spilled into the hall but the kids were well entertained! Our stay was quiet but all of the people we met were very polite and welcoming. Highly recommend and can't wait to come back!

Fun filled week with our family and new grandson.

We stayed in Mainsail #116 the week of May 28-June 4. We have stayed in many units at Mainsail over the years, but this unit by far was our favorite. The unit was very tastefully decorated, updated, adequately stocked with kitchen supplies, and very clean. We have two married daughters so the 3 bedrooms with King sized/comfortable beds were just what we were searching for. We have a new grandson who took advantage of the in-house highchair. Booking a unit took me a while, because I was looking for the 3King/3Bath option. (Most units have a room designated to bunk beds which are NOT an option with a married couple. I really don't understand wasting a bedroom on bunkbeds for an owner.... a kid can always sleep on a queen/king bed, pull out or roll away. We have even used blow ups in the past.... oh well a soapbox for another day. lol) This unit did have a wonderful Murphy Bed that had the most comfortable mattress. The location of the unit is so nice. We were able to walk out to the patio and walk down the deck steps to a walkway to the beach. I loved sitting out on the patio at listening to the waves crash. On the occasion, Jesus sent some nighttime heat lightening the evening would be perfect! One of the best parts of renting from Southern Hospitality was the fabulous service that you get with Andree McDonald. She was so kind and helpful with each phone call. Her attention to detail is amazing. This was our first experience renting from Andree and it most definitely won't be our last. We hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!!

Amazing beach access

Great condo with everything you need. Great communication with owner. Loved the direct access off our balcony. Never had to use the elevator to get to the beach and pool.

Great Condo

We had a great experience! Communication is top notch. The condo was well taken care of and well stocked with essentials! The ease of beach access is a must with any condo! We would stay here again! Mainsail feels nestled away from larger busy areas but close enough to everything. Everything in the condo was clean and taken care of! We had zero complaints about this unit!

For over 25 years our extended family visits Miramar Beach a couple of times a year and always stay in this property owner’s condos when available. Why try any other property owner, when we know exactly what to expect from the beautiful condos of SHVRS? We arrive and relax immediately since the beach is literally steps away and shopping/restaurants are in such close proximity. We love Southern Hospitality Vacation Rentals.🥰

Fantastic
