Absolutely amazing. This was a gift to my son & new daughter-in-law for their wedding night. They reported feeling like royalty. Were very impressed with every detail of the hotel and the excellent service. It was above & beyond the gift I was hoping to give them. I have stayed here before and it was great. This time the valet was too busy talking to help load the items onto the cart. No one offered to take the bags to the room. Breakfast is good but only 2 options for sweeteners. I asked the manager and was told it was ultimately their decision to stock only two. I informed her that I wouldn’t be eating at the restaurant until more healthy options like Truvia were provided. The staff was friendly and helpful and the room was nice as always.

It was a beautiful hotel, great bed, the only thing I didn’t like was the carpet in the foyer, it looked dirty and for such a beautiful hotel and seeing the carpet when you walk in is an eye sore. Loved everything else.

It’s very convenient and close to everything. The hotel overall is nice but it’s very underwhelming. I felt like I paid too much for too little. I could have gotten a bigger room with more amenities somewhere else in Fort Worth. I don’t know if I’d go back.
