“Wonderful studio apartment. Very quiet building. Perfect for a single person or for a couple. Walking distance to town is not that far and all flat surface to get to town and back, no hills. Couple of great grocery stores near by that offer different choices to takeout if you didn’t want to cook. Lovely pool. Most time I had it to myself. Some of the deck boards need replacing/repair but that should not sway your decision to stay. ”

“La situation de l'hébergement n'est pas très honnête : certes on est techniquement à 10mn a pied du terminal de l'aéroport mais on est surtout en plein centre de faa'a et de son bruit !!!! Dans des chambres avec certaines fenêtres sans vitres, on est donc plus dans une discothèque ouverte (il est 2h15 du matin en rédigeant cet avis, la musique extérieure ne s'est jamais arrêté !!!) Que dans un hotel d d'aéroport. Ce n'est d'ailleurs pas un hotel mais un air bn’b sans personnel disponible. ...

"The hotel itself is absolutely beautiful — the views, the overwater bungalows, and the facilities are all stunning. However, I was disappointed with how differently we were treated for booking through Expedia. It was clear that the staff didn’t appreciate the reservation being made via a third party, and despite being a Gold Member with Expedia, I received almost no recognition or benefits. I had to ask multiple times to have my food and beverage credit honored, and they initially tried to charge me more in resort fees and taxes than what was outlined in my Expedia confirmation. I had to wait until the very last day to get the charges adjusted correctly before I could check out. For a luxury hotel, I expected a smoother and fairer experience, regardless of the booking platform."
