“Only issues were some ants in bathroom and no towel hooks in bathroom”

“We spent one night here prior to our yacht rental began and wished we hadn’t. The room was very basic and frankly nasty. Sugar ants everywhere, crappy towels, restaurant on the dock overpriced and very average as far as the food. At $355 per night we expected better. ”

“A true resort experience. Our suite was stunning and well equipped. The provision store has everything you need and then some. The restaurants have a wonderful selection of apps and entrees (order the sushi at Cardamom) and all the vibes covered. Met some really fun people at the swim up bar! We had such a great time - already planning the details for our next visit.”

“The location is excellent within walking distance of the ferry terminal and the shops in Road Town. The staff was lovely, the balcony view beautiful, and the room I was given was great.”

“Grounds were very pretty. Rooms had much wear and tear. I got so many itchy bug bites while there, inside the room and out on the grounds. The itching was/ is awful! I let the front desk know but they didn’t seem to care.”

“Absolutely amazing stay! From Reservations to check in, Karen and Nigel were warm, efficient and helpful. The views are amazing, the terrace was a lovely spot for coffee, re-charging and a glass of wine in the evening. The space is airy and bright and the location between White and Great Bay can’t be beat. Very easy to walk down to the ferry or Great Bay. We walked to White Bay quite often-it is definitely more challenging but we appreciated the opportunity to not have to work out while on……

“Started with great staff. Bingo and karaoke night is a huge hit and a lot of fun. Great, safe, and perfectly situated on the west end. Happy hour is a great deal, and all the rest of the food we ate was good. Would stay here again, would recommend to others, and super glad we stayed here. We stayed in the Villas, great views, quiet, comfortable. Short drive to our favorite beach Smuggles Cove, and we enjoyed Patricia’s more than Nigel’s. Staff-10/10 Food-7/10, location- 10/10, affordable 8/10.”

We stayed in late February and the breeze was incredible. The staff was amazing, the rooms were incredible but only lock from the inside (and they have a safe in each room) I actually loved that I didn't have to worry about a key, and because every room is like that, no one will rob you because everyone's room is……
