There was a trail of mud on the floor when we arrived which was there for over one day. Our sheets had a hair on them. When we asked for extra towels, they pulled them out of a big bin of laundry. We had no idea if they were clean. "

"Downfalls: missing a twin bed on the upper floor that we expected to be there; all beds were terribly uncomfortable - nobody slept well the entire trip; temperature was difficult to manage (too hot); heater in basement was broken but they fixed it the second day"

The location was walking distance to Main Street and a short drive for skiing at Keystone and sightseeing at Breckenridge. The cabin was clean, cozy, and comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub each evening along with the sound of the stream near the yard. We would love to come back for another visit!"
