“We loved our stay in this suite. Convenient location located a short walk from downtown main street. Self check in was well documented, however, we did have to assist someone with how to use the pass code entry station. On another occasion we help a guest reset the front door lock when the door would not stay closed. In spite of a few tech issues with coded entry, I personally liked the fact we didn't have to tend to a room key. This is really a lovely place to stay. I highly recommend it.”

“Hi there, overall I am quite satisfactory with our stay with Cervo Hotel with the reception very helpful and friendly. However, we had a few disappointing experiences in the restaurant in the Hotel which we would not expect for a 5 star hotel. The waiters did not provide the good service for us - first time in the restaurant they did not give us bread whereas the other tables were given bread. “El tamaño del apartamento esta muy bien, con una pequeña terraza y jardin a los lados. El personal muy majo y la ubicación excelente. Para ir con las mascotas está genial porque muy cerca hay una playa que admite perros. Si tengo que poner un "pero" es que nosotros estuvimos 11 días y no te cambian la ropa de cama ni las toallas en todo ese tiempo.No me parece normal para un cuatro estrellas y es la primera vez que veo algo así. El resto todo muy bien.”
