“We had a wonderful stay. The cabin's location & setting is great: surrounded by trees, no neighbors, easy drive to the lake and mountain. The house is well appointed: nice amenities and decor. The host is very responsive. Would come back if we return to Deep Creek! ”

“There might be several reasons to stay at the Rack Shack. Ours was the location, not far from Fallingwater which we visited the following morning. Also, the modest price for an entire cabin was appreciated. Visiting from northern Maine we were right at home with the antlers and taxidermy. And if you look past the furry decor you'll see that the building is far from a shack....it's finished nicely, all buttoned up, clean and comfy. Quite secluded, with nice a outdoor area, along a dirt……

“The cabin was great with an off the beaten path feel. It was a bit drafty for us so maybe some more insulation in the chimney. Also with pets welcome a heads up that there were some pest control measures on the floor would have been good to know ahead of time. All things considered we would return for another stay.”
