“We stopped at TY Newport Hotel to visit a show at the ICC Wales venue half a mile away. Reception staff were polite and courteous throughout our stay. Most things were available within the room like , Hairdryer , Iron and ironing board , kettle to make normal tea and coffee ( No Green Teabags). The room was quite large and clean with a side chair and low table. A large TV on the wall . The bed was quite comfortable. Had some food in the CASA area , we had Smashed Burger with chips and……

“Nice clean large room. The fridge was a big bonus. Excellent shower which was much appreciated after a long day walking. We were led to believe from the hotel.com web site that there is Wifi only in public areas but in fact there was wifi all over the the guest house including the rooms. And it was super fast wifi. I was able watched Netflix on my ipad and all the football matches I wanted to watch. Moyra (the owner), is a lovely friendly lady, as her staff. Breakfast was fabulous,……
