“The room was spotless and spacious. The only drawback was, it was at the front and the traffic could be heard passing through the night.
The staff were very pleasant and welcoming.
Breakfast was excellant and set you up for the day ahead.
We only used the bar on our first night for an evening meal. The food was very good and the Guinness hit the spot.
All in all a very good hotel and would stay here again.”

“Poor communication and customer service.
We booked for one night only and we waited for an hour for someone to come to let us in. When someone arrived to let us up to the apartment, we were told it was still being cleaned so we dropped our bags and had to wait until 5:30pm to access the room.
Had we known we could not access the unit until 2.5 hours after normal check-in time we would have booked elsewhere.

“This was a great hotel to stay at in Ballybofey. We loved the central location, as well as accessibility to parking. The included Irish breakfast was outstanding, as well as the other restaurants and pubs in the hotel. The staff are exceptionally friendly, and everyone is made to feel at home. We will definitely stay here if we ever visit this area again.”

“Supposed to be a 4 star hotel but a number of issues imo.
Only one lift for a large hotel seems poor. You need to drop off your bags from the car at the entrance as otherwise there are steps to negotiate from the car park. The bar restaurant is frankly very poor in terms of noise and quality of food which arrived so quickly that it was obviously not freshly cooked and was pretty tasteless.
