The space

Upon entering the recently updated duplex you'll immediately be greeted by all the light and bright coastal colors and details.

On the first floor you'll find a newly renovated and fully equipped kitchen complete with stainless appliances and complementary coffee and tea. Head into a comfortable living room with pull-out sofa and large smart TV. The first floor also has a full bathroom which conveniently includes a washer and dryer. perfect.
