“I've checked in to SEVERAL hotels and motels over the years and NEVER has the front desk person had to leave the building and "go and check the room" before. Once we opened the door I began to suspect why...The carpeting in the central "living room" of the suite was SOAKING wet (actual splashing sounds when I walked acrost it to set the temperature on the unit) and the smell in the room was like a jolt to to nose when we opened the door. It was a combination of wet dog and carpeting.……

“Breakfast selection was horrible. It wasn't a buffet. It was a regular continental breakfast. The pool room was 98° it was hotter in that area than it was outdoors. The receptionist put me on hold the first time I called and never returned to the call. I called back 9 times to try to check in early. He never answered. When I arrived he had multiple cell phones in front of him on the desk and was talking to multiple people on a personal level. I asked him at the desk why those things happened and……

But I knew they had been having issues with a/c so I reached out before booking to find out if the a/c had been repaired or replaced and was assured that it had been so great I booked my stay!
